A spiritual past life regression will help you view a past life through a hypnotic state. A regression can help you learn where an unexplained fear stems from, it can help you understand patterns in your present life or why you have an interest in a particular period in history. In a past life regression you can also view soul contracts you may have made and cut the cords with a person or situation that may not be for your highest good in your present life.
In these sessions I will start with a discussion to explain the process and to go through some details with you. When we are ready, I will then guide you into a relaxed state before we begin the regression; which is like a deep meditation. We will explore 1 or 2 past lives in this session.
These sessions last approximately 60-90 minutes.
